Weathersure (under the guidance of William), did a fantastic job of repairing our roof. The repairs were done on time and within budget. The roofers were amazing given the difficult task of repairing an old roof. Unfortunately, prior to this there was an attempted scam from some rogue traders, but Weathersure, with William and his roofers, saved the day. It was a pleasure doing business with William. I would highly recommend Weathersure Roofing.

We recently used Weathersure to replace the entire roof on our house in Horsley. We were impressed throughout the process, William was responsive, helpful and managed to squeeze us in at a time when everyone wants their roof doing! Most importantly the quality of the workmanship was first rate and the team completed the job remarkably quickly/efficiently which minimised our disruption. Really pleased with the finished roof and would happily recommend Weathersure for large or small works. Thanks guys!

After many attempts to renew my garage roof William and his team of Phil and Lennie came to my rescue. The estimate was reasonable submitted in a day and the work carried out in a professional way with the site cleared and made tidy. I would certainly recommend Weathersure for further work.

This is the second time we have used Weathersure for roofing works and we couldn’t be happier with the way the works were carried out. The job was completed ahead of schedule, the value of the service was very competitive, the roof looks fantastic and the way the property was cleaned on completion was first rate. Would highly recommend their service.

At the start of 2026, was experiencing issues with guttering and roof. Weathersure promptly quoted and came round to replace all guttering and the mortar on the hip lines. Job completed efficiently and all rubbish removed.
Used them again his week to repaint 2 exterior rendered walls on the house and pipe work. All cracks and blistering patched. House looks like new. Mark and Phil were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use Weathersure again

Weathersure recently fitted a new roof on my property and I was very impressed with William and his team. They offered valuable advice on the different tile options from viewing work they completed in the area. The work was done to a high standard and his team worked tirelessly, quickly, with minimal impact on the family. The team were always on hand to provide valuable updates on their progress and answered any questions I had. The Weathersure team provided an excellent service and the roof looks terrific. I can thoroughly recommend them to friends in the neighbourhood.

Replacement of a lead valley and renovating/repointing the many other valleys on our 12 bed Victorian house near Dorking. Very happy with the work and the team from Weathersure. The team gave us confidence in their attention to detail and left everything tidy. William was very responsive and visited to check progress. Many thanks!

Excellent job at renewing 2 flat roofs on my workshops. Work team were professional, friendly and very hardworking, especially when we had the first of our “heatwaves” this year.
Weathersure had previously carried out work on my daughter’s tiled roof. She was very pleased with them and recommended them to me.

This is the second job Weathersure have done for us and both have been excellent. Will, the CEO, is punctual, sticks to his promises, communicates well and runs a good team. All his employees were polite and good craftsman. The site was always left neat and tidy and the end product was first class. Our main roof was demossed and repaired. The swimming pool house was renewed with slate tiles. Will’s team were also willing to do minor extra repairs where it was necessary. Very happy to recommend Weathersure 10/10

William and the entire team at Weathersure were responsive to my needs from start to finish and carried out the work efficiently and effectively. I used them two years ago for a complete tiled roof replacement and on this occasion they fitted uPVC soffits and facia boards.
I've always been impressed by the speed with which they get things organised without compromising on quality. They completed the work to a high standard and left the site clean and tidy.

I had used William and his excellent team some 2 years ago to replace the roof.
When I had issues with the chimney and damp I called William and he was round the same day. We discussed the problem and agreed upon a course of action. The work was done very promptly to a high standard and everything was left very clean and tidy. There is no fuss with Weathersure just quick impressive service thank you keeping me informed all the while. They even carried some extra work at no extra cost - Thank you
I would have no hesitation in recommending Weathersure to anyone
Thank you.

William attended promptly as we were experiencing water ingress, assessed the problem and clearly explained the remedial works required. The quote was completed in a few days and the team booked for the following week.

The team attended on time, were good to have around the house, polite, tidy and kept the radio low. The works standard looks fantastic, and William then hand delivered the invoice and 10 year guarantee, which I thought was a very nice personal approach, that was the theme throughout.

A professional and very capable company which is easy for me to recommend.

Weathersure to the rescue! Was so happy to find a local company in the East Horsley area to help with the water coming through our roof/chimney at such short notice. They arrived the day they told us they would and started the work as planned.
The guys carrying out the work were friendly and professional and kept us up to date with what they were doing. The work they carried out was excellent and we would highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Excellent service from Weathersure from the start . They responded to my enquiry and provided a quote within days which was excellent value for money and did an excellent job de-mossing our roof by hand the following week. Cleaned up thoroughly, and treated. They know their stuff, no power washing! Overall very impressed and would use again.

I live in East Horsley. Weathersure had replaced our roof a year ago and I was very pleased with their work. After heavy rain I noticed some water getting into the loft. I phoned Weathersure and they were round in an hour. After extensive checks and replacing flashing and repointing the problem was narrowed down to the chimney. They wrapped the chimney in a tarpaulin and this confirmed it was the source of the problem. All this was carried out under the existing roof warranty. I then took the decision to ask Weathersure to rebuild the chimney. This they have done in a timely way and to a very high standard. It also highlighted a number of problems with the way the original chimney had been constructed made worse with age. Weathersure provided a first class service again and I praise the professionalism of William, Matt, Phil and the rest of the team. I recommend them to anyone needing roofing or building work.

Weathersure are an outstanding company that I can thoroughly recommend. Following my phone call to the owner, William, he attended and assessed the cause of water ingress into the landing ceiling. This involved repairing the rain valley with a new membrane and surrounding tiles. The rear apex roof tiles were also shot. To replace these an especially complex scaffolding structure was required on the east side over the conservatory glass roof. As soon as this was constructed the team of 6 stripped off the old tiles, battening and roof felt and replaced all with new on each side - in two days!! They worked like a well oiled precision machine. All of the work was overseen by Matt (area manager) and Harry (foreman) and they kept me informed every step of the way. I am absolutely delighted with the result and the care and professionalism with which the work was carried out.

We have lived in the village of West Horsley since 1983. The house was built in 1977 and extended twice. All roofs recently professionally cleaned by another good business and the dislodged moss revealed weakened cement on the main ridge and a dozen or so bonnet tiled down runs on main roof, side extensions and porch. Weathersure removed, cleaned and re cemented in all the bonnets and ridge tiles. Amazingly skilful workers and attentive Director who have completed the work in five days to an outstanding degree of quality at a very acceptable price and without the additional cost of scaffolding. So good to employ a local business and we highly recommend them. I suspect that the 10 year Guarantee will outlast the writer!

I turned to Weathersure after having a disaster with another company. I have to say that I was really pleased with their work to replace soffits, fascia and gutters along with repairs to the roof. I could not have asked for a more pleasant team of workmen. All very skilled in their workmanship, punctual and always tidied and cleaned up after each day. An added bonus is that they give a 10-year guarantee of the work.
